 Estimated building cost for site with a capacity for a further 4000 students, including accommodation for 200 foreign students, is $6.6 Million

Projected growth in student numbers is 20% per year, based on recent experience plus opening of new faculties, initially SoBAT – means CIU will reach 5000 students  (1000 in current locations, 4000 on new campus) by 2029
